Greg Capuana
Director - Principal Architect
After graduating from RMIT with a 'Bachelor of Architecture' and becoming a registered Architect, Greg's design philosophy has been focused on finding appropriate and innovative solutions that are a true reflection of the unique circumstances of each project. With over 15 years of industry experience, Greg excels in creative design and aesthetics that lean toward clean, simple lines, innovative material use, and a seamless interplay between interior and exterior spaces. He places a high emphasis on the building's form and the human experience within and around it.
Greg's broad industry knowledge, along with his skilful communication with clients, builders, team members, and consultants, enables him to resolve challenges efficiently. He has worked on various projects across multiple sectors, including master planning industrial and commercial estates, designing and upgrading car dealership buildings, and designing numerous luxury homes. Greg's passion for residential architecture extends to interior design, where he meticulously selects colours, materials, fixtures, and fittings that seamlessly carry the exterior architectural language into the interior. He believes that luxury homes should be both aesthetically pleasing and functional, and he understands that each home is unique and requires a personalised approach. He works closely with his clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle, designing homes that reflect their vision and exceed their expectations. Senior Building Designer [Registered Building Designer]
Nic is a registered building designer and a member of Design Matters, with over 17 years of experience in the field. He is a valuable member of the Axiom Plus team, bringing extensive knowledge of building regulations, NCC codes, and planning requirements to every project heworks on. He has Building detailing, which he considers an integral component in the documentation process to ensure that the design intent is accurately conveyed and details are properly resolved for construction. His comprehensive experience in detailing shop work for various building materials, including structural steel, concrete panels, and more, gives him a broad understanding of how buildings are assembled through structural systems and construction principles. Throughout his career, Nic has demonstrated a keen eye for detail and a passion for design that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. He is committed to working closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and to delivering innovative solutions that meet their expectations.
