With over 150 office/warehouse developments now completed, we offer services from master planning entire estates to designing standalone/custom buildings. Our design knowledge and projects also extend to the development of new car dealership showrooms and refurbishment of existing buildings. We also carried out fully custom internal office designs and shop fitouts.

Industrial / Commercial Estates
Redland Drive Mitcham
Axiom Plus Architects completed the Master Plan for the 50-acre industrial estate site, including new roads/infrastructure, subdivision, proposed new warehouses, offices [including multi-storey & multi-level basements] & showrooms, landscaping, and associated car parking. Our services included Master Planning. Design and Construction (95% of the estate) for the multi-unit and standalone buildings was also completed by Axiom Plus Architects.
The Vulcan Site Bayswater
Axiom Plus Architects is undertaking the Master Planning on a site of over 31 acres for an industrial estate, including the refurbishment of existing buildings & proposed new warehouses, offices & showrooms, landscaping and associated car parking. Construction services are provided for 100% of the site.
Merrindale Estate Croydon
Axiom Plus Architects completed the Master Planning for the 13+ acre site for an industrial estate, including new roads/infrastructure and subdivision. They proposed new warehouses, offices & showrooms, landscaping and associated car parking. Our services included Master Planning. Design and Construct [97% of the estate] for the multi-unit and standalone building was also completed by Axiom Plus Architects.
Community Living
Axiom Plus Architects has worked closely with Scouts Victoria to develop a flexible and multipurpose design solution for use across multiple sites in Victoria. This approach aligns with rebranding traditional Scout halls into Scout and Community Activity Centres—modern community hubs that are locally owned and managed.
A key priority in this initiative was establishing a new permanent home for the Alexandra Scout Group as part of Scouts Victoria’s Growth Strategy for Regional Victoria. The Alexandra facility not only marks the start of the rebranding opportunity but also enhances community infrastructure, providing broader benefits to the local area.
The principal design applied to the Alexandra project has been extended to other sites, including Ballan, Narre Warren, Edgars Creek, Aintree, Lakeside Pakenham and Kalkallo, with plans to expand to additional locations in the future. The hall designs continue to evolve aesthetically and functionally, seamlessly adapting to the unique context and environment of each site.
