Greg Capuana
Director - Principal Architect
After graduating from RMIT with a 'Bachelor of Architecture' and becoming a registered Architect, Greg's design philosophy has been focused on finding appropriate and innovative solutions that are a true reflection of the unique circumstances of each project. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Greg excels in creative design and aesthetics that trend towards clean and simple lines, innovative material use, and a seamless interplay between interior and exterior spaces. He places a high emphasis on the building's form and the human experience within and around it.
Greg's broad knowledge in the industry, along with his skillful communication with clients, builders, team members, and consultants, allows him to resolve challenges efficiently. He has worked on various projects across multiple sectors, including the master planning of industrial/commercial estates, designing and upgrading car dealership buildings, and designing numerous luxury homes.
Greg's passion for residential architecture extends to the interior design, where he meticulously selects colors, materials, fixtures, and fittings that seamlessly carry the external architectural language through into the interior. He believes that luxury homes should be both aesthetically pleasing and functional, and he understands that each home is unique and requires a personalized approach. He works closely with his clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle, designing homes that reflect their vision and exceed their expectations. He is well-versed in the latest construction techniques and technologies, ensuring that each home he designs is sustainable, efficient, and built to last.
